Registered Nurse / Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:
A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist position is available in Denville, New Jersey. This role involves providing specialized care and technical support within a cardiac cath lab setting, with varying shift options including 10-hour and 8-hour shifts. The position requires on-call coverage for STEMI and stroke cases and necessitates proficiency in the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).

Job Details:

• Location: Denville, New Jersey
• Position: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist
• Schedule:
  • Day shifts with 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • 8-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • On-call shifts (10-15 times per month) for STEMI and stroke coverage.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Cardiovascular Technician or relevant licensure.
  • Education relevant to cardiac care.
  • Location in New Jersey or ability to obtain state licensure.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with STEMI and stroke patient procedures.
  • Familiarity with NIHSS.
• Additional Information:
  • The position involves supporting complex cardiac interventions and emergency response scenarios.
  • Candidates should be prepared for on-call duties and demonstrate strong technical and clinical skills in cardiac catheterization procedures.
