Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical With Telemetry

Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse is sought for a healthcare facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. The position involves providing patient care primarily during night shifts with a focus on telemetry and general medical-surgical responsibilities. This role requires a dedicated HCP with relevant certifications and experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS certification, at least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing, current licensure to practice in Louisiana, and the ability to work a night shift.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a hospital setting, additional certifications such as PALS or NIHSS are a plus.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be located at least 50 miles from the facility. Prior ACLS certification is required before submission.
