Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in El Paso, Texas. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients within the operating room setting. The nurse will supervise staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the facility`s clinical operations. The position requires dedication to patient safety and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Location: El Paso, Texas
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Current nursing license, at least 1 year of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience, relevant certifications as applicable, and ability to meet location-specific requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical procedures, knowledge of perioperative protocols, and familiarity with hospital policies
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
