Registered Nurse / Electro Physiology Lab

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel opportunity in Wichita, Kansas. The position involves working in an EP Lab unit that specializes in cardiac ablations and pacemaker implantations. The RN will provide specialized care during complex electrophysiology procedures and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals within a fast-paced cardiac environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current Kansas Nursing License, minimum of 1-year current acute care electrophysiology (EP) RN experience, prior EP experience including cardiac ablations and implantations, BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Abbott Mapping systems.
• Additional Information: The RN will join a team performing cardiac ablations and pacemaker implantations using Abbott Ablation and Mapping systems and Phillips Fluoroscopy equipment. The unit comprises a small team with 1 patient-to-staff ratio, working primarily on day shifts. Strong work ethic and easy-going personality are considered ideal for this role.
