A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed at a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized nursing care for adults and geriatrics, focusing on patients requiring intermediate levels of monitoring and treatment. The role supports a comprehensive patient care approach in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications; Missouri or Compact license; 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with skills including accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, central line care and management, feeding tube care and management, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring, and post-cardiac cath care.
• Additional Information: Floating between departments, units, or facilities may be required as needed. Candidates should be flexible to meet the interdisciplinary support needs including IV teams, physical therapy, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. The candidate must be willing to work weekend shifts and complete required onboarding modules and labs within specified deadlines.
