Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse based in Redding, California. This high-level role involves providing specialized nursing care within the surgical suite, ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes. It requires a strong focus on aseptic technique and collaboration with the surgical team to deliver excellent patient care during procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, all applicable certifications, and OR experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in an operating room setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex surgical procedures and familiarity with OR protocols.
• Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in surgical asepsis, patient monitoring, and intraoperative support. The role involves assisting during various surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and adhering to facility policies and SOPs.
