Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Rockford, Illinois. The role involves circulating in the OR with a focus on orthopedic, neurological, and podiatry procedures. The schedule is nights, with a shift time from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, and every Friday off. The position requires strong clinical skills and certification compliance.
Job Details:
- Location: Rockford, Illinois
- Schedule: Nights, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 08/10/2026
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, at least 1 year of experience, certifications as specified, Illinois license, no local candidates within a 50-mile radius, shift from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM with no call, strong skill set in ortho/neuro/podiatry, and American Heart Association (AHA) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: None listed
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Facility notes indicate a focus on orthopedic, neuro, and podiatry surgical procedures. Charge shifts are available for extra compensation. Certifications other than Resuscitation of Qualified Individuals (RQI) are required; RQI is not accepted.
