Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
The Pleasanton, California, healthcare organization is seeking a Clinical Nurse (CN) licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Operating Room team. This position involves providing direct patient care within the scope of practice defined by the California Nursing Practice Act, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. • Required Qualifications: CA-RN license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, ability to communicate effectively in English, zero years of experience required
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing hands-on, evidence-based care, assessing patients, planning and implementing care, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The role emphasizes effective communication, patient and family education, emergency protocol activation, and continuous professional development.
