Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse - Burlington, MA. This 26-week contract position is for a highly experienced registered nurse with expertise in emergency care. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and two holidays. Candidates must have at least six years of trauma experience, be triage trained, and hold current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and Massachusetts licensure. The facility is a Level 1 trauma center with a state-of-the-art emergency department designed for rapid and comprehensive patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts license, BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, minimum of 6 years of trauma experience, triage trained, Level 1 trauma experience, and Epic electronic medical record experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level 1 trauma center and experience with Epic charting system
• Additional Information: Candidates must be separated from the healthcare provider for at least 6 months to be considered (permanent, per diem, or contract). Excessive time off, especially around holidays, will not be considered. The facility features 44 beds, a modern, large emergency department, and fully computerized patient assessment and medication documentation systems.
