Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position in Hartford, Connecticut. This role involves providing acute care for patients in the emergency department, managing both emergency and inpatient hold scenarios, with shift hours during the night. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, supporting patient care during overnight hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Hartford, Connecticut
• Position: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend rotation
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, one (1) year of clinical experience in emergency or inpatient settings, educational requirements as per licensing standards, must be able to accommodate ED and inpatient hold RN ratios/acuity, and flexible to work night shifts
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with emergency department protocols and high-acuity patient care is preferred
• Additional Information: Must be able to take on ED and inpatient hold RN ratios/acuity, work night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and be available for rotating weekends
