Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
The position is a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse located in Turlock, California. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients on a night shift basis. The nurse will supervise staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, supporting the facilitys Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience: 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, valid nursing license, and relevant clinical certifications.

• Additional Information: The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis within the department. The role includes supervision of staff to whom care is delegated and accountability for supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing practices, competency of staff, and resource management.
