Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Turlock, California. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and compassionate nursing services. The role also includes supervising staff, supporting the facility`s Chief Nursing Officer, and maintaining clinical competency on a night shift schedule.

Job Details:

• Location: 825 Delbon Ave, Turlock, CA 95382
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing, completion of I-9 verification in HR, onboarding through the specified process, and ability to work nights.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising staff in a labor and delivery setting, proficiency with electronic fetal monitoring, and certification in neonatal resuscitation or related specialty credentials.
• Additional Information: The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients each shift. Oversight of staff delegation, adherence to hospital protocols, and supporting high standards of patient safety are key responsibilities. The onboarding process requires checking into security at the facility lobby and coordinating orientation with HR during hours of 7 am to 4 pm.
