Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart specialty nurse position in San Francisco, California. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care for cardiac patients within a healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all clinical procedures are adhered to and patient safety is maintained throughout the surgical process.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and at least 1 year of experience in operating room or open heart procedures; located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, California
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are advantageous
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on cardiac surgeries. Candidates should be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and possess strong clinical skills pertinent to open heart surgery.
