Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry at a healthcare organization location within Springfield, MA. This role involves providing high-quality patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, with a focus on ensuring patient safety and comfort during night shifts. Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, with a schedule of 12 hours per shift, departing from the standard working hours.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours.
• Start Date: 08/03/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; 2 years of clinical experience; experience with Cerner electronic medical records system is preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Specialty: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves accommodating a 48-hour workweek, with weekend and holiday coverage every other weekend and alternating holidays. Expected patient ratios are 1:5, 1:6, or occasionally 1:7. The facility adheres to all relevant clinical standards and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
