Job Summary:
Cardiovascular Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Iowa City, Iowa. This role involves scrubbing for cardiothoracic, peripheral vascular, and transplant surgeries (heart and lung). Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position is scheduled for day shifts, with extended hours and potential call, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts as needed.
Job Details:
- Location: Iowa City, Iowa

- Schedule: Days - 10 or 12-hour shifts, with extension of shift and call. Possible weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license, experience in Level 1 Trauma settings, and documentation of scrubbing skillset in cardiothoracic, peripheral vascular, and transplant surgeries, with a scrubbing checklist to demonstrate skills in hearts.
- Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 Trauma experience, scrub experience in cardiothoracic, peripheral vascular, and transplant surgeries.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Must have or be able to demonstrate a scrubbing checklist for cardiac surgeries.
