Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) nurse position is located on a dedicated adult medical-surgical oncology unit providing specialized care to oncology and surgical patients. This role involves delivering complex patient care, including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, post-operative care for various surgeries, and monitoring vital signs. The position requires working night shifts at a reputable healthcare organization committed to quality patient care and staff development.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 1 year of recent nursing experience, appropriate education or licensure to practice as a registered nurse
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Oncology nursing, certification in chemotherapy administration or oncology care preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required if specified
• Additional Information: The unit serves adult patients with cancer requiring acute care, symptom management, and complex surgical post-operative care. Candidates must be willing to start on or before 10/12/2026 and work through 01/31/2027. Applicants should be prepared for a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
