Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) at a healthcare facility located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The position involves providing patient care on the Medical Surgical floor, with float responsibilities to various units as needed. The role is scheduled for night shifts, offering a consistent schedule for qualified candidates.

Job Details:

• Position: RN - Medical Surgical Floor
• Shift: Nights
• Hours: 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; 1 year of experience as an RN; appropriate certifications such as BLS; located within 5 miles of the facility; availability for night shifts
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Medical Surgical units, float experience is a plus but not required
• Float: Float rotation may be required for other Medical Surgical units; current position does not require float responsibilities
• Additional Information: The role involves providing high-quality patient care on the Med/Surg units, adhering to facility protocols, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Candidates are expected to demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to patient safety.
