OB/GYN - Nursing

Description

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled OB/GYN Nurse to join our women’s health care team. In this dynamic and deeply meaningful role, you will support patients through all stages of reproductive care, including pregnancy, labor, postpartum recovery, gynecologic procedures, and routine women’s health needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing focused assessments, monitoring fetal and maternal status, administering medications, assisting with prenatal visits, supporting labor and delivery, and providing postnatal care to both mothers and newborns. You will also assist physicians during pelvic exams, minor gynecologic procedures, ultrasounds, and contraceptive services. Patient education is a key component of this role, as you will guide individuals and families through childbirth preparation, postpartum expectations, newborn care, and reproductive health topics.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during high-acuity or emotionally charged situations. You will collaborate closely with obstetricians, midwives, pediatricians, and other members of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to safe, compassionate, and personalized care.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Active RN license

- BLS certification (American Heart)

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience required for Olaro; individual facilities may require additional experience
