Nurse Manager - Nursing

Description

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Nurse Manager to lead our dedicated clinical team. In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising nursing personnel, coordinating staffing and scheduling, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing policies that uphold clinical excellence. You will also oversee quality improvement initiatives, support evidence-based practices, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate closely with physicians, department leaders, and multidisciplinary teams. In addition, you’ll coach and mentor nurses, promote professional development, and address performance or workflow concerns with fairness and clarity.

This role requires strong communication, strategic decision-making, and the ability to lead teams through both routine operations and high-pressure situations. You will serve as a key advocate for patients and staff alike, ensuring that care delivery is consistent, patient-centered, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Active RN license

- BLS certification (American Heart)

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience required for Olaro; individual facilities may require additional experience
