LVN/LPN - Nursing

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-focused clinical team. In this dynamic and supportive role, you will provide essential hands-on nursing care that promotes comfort, safety, and positive patient outcomes across a variety of medical settings.

Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with wound care, supporting activities of daily living, and ensuring patients receive timely and attentive care. You will also prepare treatment areas, maintain accurate documentation, reinforce patient education, and promptly report any changes in condition to supervising nurses and physicians. In addition, you’ll collaborate during care plan development, support diagnostic procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized, and therapeutic environment.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain composed while managing multiple patient needs. You will work closely with registered nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Active RN license

- BLS certification (American Heart)

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience required for Olaro; individual facilities may require additional experience
