Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department Nurse in Davenport, Iowa. This position involves providing specialized obstetric and postpartum care, focusing on the well-being of mothers and newborns. The role requires the ability to work night shifts and participate in a rotating weekend schedule, supporting the health of patients during critical periods of childbirth and recovery.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher, at least 1 year of experience working in labor and delivery settings, and ability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-acuity obstetric clinical environments, certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM).
• Additional Information: The position involves caring for obstetric patients, including monitoring labor progression, assisting with deliveries, and postpartum care. Candidates must be adaptable to shift schedules and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
