Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) located in Odessa, Texas. This role involves providing comprehensive obstetrical care during antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers NIGHTS shift coverage to support the healthcare needs of the facility.
Job Details:
- Location: Odessa, Texas
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE, Fetal Monitoring; at least 2 years of experience; prior travel experience; valid nursing license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, leadership abilities, clinical competencies, delegation of patient care priorities.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
