NOTES: Tele/LVADs/Peritoneal Dialysis/Trachs/PICC lines/chest tubes/VAD’s/Transplants
DRIPS: vasoactive drips such a Amiodarone, Dobutamine, Cardizem, Milrinone, lasix, Bumex, Heparin, Insulin
