Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, CVICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-NY Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Trauma Level One Experience Required.
Competency test required within 24 hours of submission, sent via candidates email. Please ensure an up to date email is provided at time of submission.
Years of Experience: 2-3 years of Staff CVICU exp.
1. NY license (#/exp). NT+Y RN does not need to be active to send.
2. Current reference required to send
3. Non local
4. EPIC charting experience
5. Trauma Levels need to be added for facilities worked at.
