Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager
Job Description
As a registered nurse - nurse manager (RN), you will supervise staff and oversee operations regarding patient care. You`ll encourage best practices, conduct training and evaluations, and focus on creating a positive patient and staff experience. Your duties will require strengths in leadership, communication, technology, organization and collaboration. You`ll play an essential role in ensuring staff has the tools and resources they need to deliver safe, high-quality care within the critical care unit.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
- Active RN license
